What this site collects, and where it goes.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, business, email address, an optional phone number, and a description of the workflow. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not run a newsletter and we do not add you to a list.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site running and to detect abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

Client data

Please do not send client documents or client personal information through the contact form. When an engagement needs client data, we agree a secure channel first and the data stays on infrastructure named in the engagement schedule.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted with Vercel in the Sydney region. Contact form messages are delivered to us by Resend as transactional email. Client agreements are stored with Supabase in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. Each provider processes only what it needs to deliver that service.

Personal information is used only for the purpose it was collected and is disclosed only to the service providers needed to deliver that purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Access, correction and questions

Email nick@digitalbrokerlabs.dev to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within one business day. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
